Common problems of the shoulder include disorders of the rotator cuff; shoulder instability (dislocations and separations); fractures of the upper end of the arm (humerus), collarbone (clavicle), and shoulder blade (scapula) and arthritic conditions of the shoulder. Our specialists treat painful shoulder conditions such as bursitis, tendonitis, calcium deposition, advanced arthritis, rotator cuff tears and frozen shoulder.

Orthopaedic trauma conditions include fractures and dislocations as well as severe soft tissue injuries caused by traumatic events. Common orthopaedic traumatic injuries include femoral and tibial shaft fractures, acetabular and pelvic fractures, hand and upper extremity injuries, foot and ankle injuries, among many others.

X-rays allow your physician to evaluate problems of the bone and joints. Very often during the course of your treatment or evaluation for an orthopaedic condition your physician may require X-rays to evaluate your progress or to determine the cause of a problem. At our clinic diagnostic X-ray facilities are available at each office location for prompt evaluation and patient convenience. These are continually staffed whenever any doctor is consulting, which covers most of the week. Patients may be referred for x-rays from outside. X-rays can therefore be arranged prior to consultations. Appointments for X-ray are not necessary.
